By downloading or using the Rizo app, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
This policy applies to all employees and users of the Rizo mobile application.
Rizo collects only the data necessary to provide its core workforce management features:

All data collected is used solely for the purposes of operating your organisation's workforce management system. Data is never sold to third parties.
Prominent Disclosure: Rizo requests access to your device's precise GPS location. Before any location permission is requested, the app displays a clear disclosure explaining why location is needed. You must explicitly accept this before the system permission dialog is shown.
Location is used for two core purposes:

Attendance Punch In / Punch Out — your GPS coordinates and address are
recorded each time you clock in or out. This allows your organisation to verify that
attendance is marked from an authorised location.

Client Visit Logging — when you log a client visit, your current location
is captured and attached to the visit record so managers can view accurate visit addresses.
What we do NOT do with your location:
- We do not track your location continuously in the background.
- We do not share your precise location with advertisers or data brokers.
- Location is accessed only while the app is open and only when you perform an attendance or visit action.
You can revoke location permission at any time via Settings → Apps → Rizo → Permissions → Location. Note that revoking location access will prevent attendance punching and visit logging.
- Attendance management — recording and reporting your daily punch in/out to your organisation's admin.
- Visit tracking — logging client visits with location, time, and notes for your manager to review.
- Leave processing — submitting and tracking leave applications and approvals.
- Payroll & salary — displaying salary slips and payroll summaries linked to your employee account.
- Expense management — submitting and tracking expense claims for reimbursement.
- Push notifications — sending alerts for leave approvals, attendance reminders, and policy updates.
- Offline support — storing punch records locally on your device when there is no internet, then syncing when connectivity is restored.
- Security & fraud prevention — detecting clock manipulation via device clock drift checks.
All data is processed on behalf of your employer/organisation. Your organisation's admin has access to your attendance, visit, leave, and expense records through the Rizo web platform.
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared only in these limited circumstances:

Your employer / organisation — attendance, visits, leave, and expense data are
visible to your organisation's admin through the Rizo web dashboard. This is the core purpose
of the app.

Cloud infrastructure providers — your data is stored on secure servers. Providers
are bound by confidentiality agreements and process data only on our instructions.

Legal requirements — we may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to
protect the rights and safety of users.
- All data is transmitted using HTTPS / TLS encryption.
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
- Punch records are cached locally using encrypted SQLite and synced securely.
- Push notification tokens are stored securely and used only for app notifications.
While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We continuously work to protect your information.

Account & Data Deletion
How account deletion works in Rizo: Because Rizo is an employer-managed platform,
employee accounts are created and managed by your organisation's admin through the
Rizo Web Dashboard. When an admin deletes an employee from the web platform,
all associated data is permanently removed from the system.
To request deletion of your account and data, follow these steps:

Contact your organisation admin — ask your HR manager or company admin to
remove your employee profile from the Rizo web dashboard. When an admin deletes your account
via the web platform, all your data is permanently deleted.

Or contact us directly — if you are unable to reach your admin, send an
email to
crm@greatleap.tech with the subject line
"Rizo Account Deletion Request" and include your registered
phone number or employee login ID.

Identity verification — we will verify your identity and confirm the
deletion request within 3 business days.

Permanent deletion — your account and all associated data will be
permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.
What gets permanently deleted when an employee account is removed:
- Employee profile — name, phone number, email address, employee ID
- All attendance records — punch in/out history, GPS coordinates, timestamps
- All client visit logs — visit records, locations, notes
- Leave applications and approval history
- Expense claims and records
- Device push notification tokens
- All locally cached data on the device is also cleared upon next app launch after deletion
What may be retained after deletion:
- Payroll and salary records may be retained for up to 90 days to comply with applicable financial and labour law requirements, after which they are permanently purged.
Partial data deletion: If you wish to delete specific records (e.g., a particular visit log or expense entry) without deleting your full account, you may contact us at
crm@greatleap.tech with the details of the data you want removed.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data (see section above).
- Portability — request your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent — withdraw consent to data processing at any time (this may limit app functionality).
- Complaint — lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Rizo is a professional workforce management application intended for use by adults employed by
organisations. It is not directed to children under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has
accessed the app, please contact us and we will take prompt action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app features,
legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify you of material changes by updating
the date at the top of this page or via an in-app notification. Continued use of Rizo after
changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
