This Privacy Policy describes how Great Leap Technologies Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us"), the company behind Glos, collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our HR and workspace management platform — including the Glos web application, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account or using the Glos Platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you are accessing Glos as an employee through your employer's workspace, your employer (as our customer) controls the data collected about you within that workspace.
2Information We Collect
We collect different types of information depending on how you use Glos:

- Enable your employer to manage HR functions such as attendance, tasks, performance reviews, and payroll
- Generate analytics and reports for workspace administrators and managers
- Send notifications related to tasks, approvals, and platform activity
- Ensure platform security, prevent fraud, and debug technical issues
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not use your personal data for advertising purposes or sell it to third parties.
4Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:
- Your Employer / Workspace Administrator: Admins and managers in your organisation can access work-related data (tasks, hours, performance) through the platform as part of normal HR operations.
- Service Providers: We use trusted third-party vendors (such as cloud hosting, email, and payment providers) who are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to continued privacy protections.
5Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
- Role-based access controls ensuring only authorised personnel can access data

We retain your data for as long as your employer's workspace is active or as required by applicable law. Upon workspace termination, data is deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data retention schedule.

- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data

7Cookies & Tracking
The Glos web application uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to:
- Keep you securely logged in (session cookies)
- Remember your preferences and settings
- Analyse usage patterns to improve the platform (analytics cookies)
You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality. Our mobile application does not use browser cookies but may use device identifiers for session management.
8Children's Privacy
Glos is a professional workplace platform intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately at crm@greatleap.tech and we will take steps to delete that information.
9Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make significant changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- Notify workspace administrators via email or in-app notification
Continued use of the Glos Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
